Jotzi is an iOS productivity app for capturing notes quickly, remembering what matters, setting useful reminders, sharing Jotzis, and finding information you have already saved. The tagline is simple on purpose: Just Jot It.

Jotzi is being prepared for the App Store. A live download link will be published here when the listing is available. There is no website checkout or sideload download.

Jotzi uses an account so your notes, reminders, and related data can be associated with you. Account details such as email and display name are used for that purpose. Specific sign-in steps will match what ships in the iOS app.

Quick Notes are for capturing a thought in the moment. Jotzi is built so you can jot something down without setting up a complicated workspace first.

Yes. Voice Notes are available when typing is not practical. Voice audio may be processed temporarily for transcription so the note can be stored as useful text.

Yes. Pin a Jotzi when it should stay close at hand. Archive a Jotzi when you want to keep it, but move it out of the active list.

Yes. Search looks through Jotzis you have already saved. It is not an internet search.

Yes. You can attach a reminder to a note so it comes back when it should, without moving the thought into a separate app.

Jotzi can use location for contextual reminders, so a prompt can appear in the right place, not only at a set time. Location is used for this reminder behaviour.

Jotzi includes missed reminder follow-up so an item does not disappear quietly after the original prompt.

Smart Memory helps you surface information you have already captured. It works with your saved Jotzis, and it is used when you choose to use it.

No. Ask Jotzi works with the Jotzis you have saved. It does not search the internet. Use it when you know you wrote something down and want help finding or making sense of it.

Yes. Sharing lets a note travel to someone else instead of remaining only on your list. Sharing uses the recipient’s email or user identity to deliver the Jotzi.

Jotzi subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store. There is no checkout on this website. Current Canadian pricing is CAD $4.99 monthly or CAD $39.99 annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID / App Store account. Jotzi cannot charge a card from this website.

Restore Purchases is available in the app so an existing App Store subscription can be restored to the account on your device.

Jotzi is free to download, with optional Pro available as an App Store subscription. The features included with each option are shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.

Account controls are available in the Jotzi app. This website does not provide account sign-in for customers.

Yes. Data export / Download My Data is available from account controls in the app.

Yes. Delete Account is available from account controls in the Jotzi app. For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy or email support@jotzi.ca.

Recently Deleted gives you a chance to restore notes after they have been removed from the active list. Use that area in the app if you deleted something by mistake.

When you choose to use Ask Jotzi or Smart Memory, note content may be processed by OpenAI for that request. These features work with your saved Jotzis and do not search the internet.
